Bi-Monthly Dock Inspections

Are you tired of adjusting your dock in and out with water level changes? Let Us do it for you!

Reliable Dock Service will inspect for damages from weather or wear-and-tear on a Bi-Monthly basis:

Mooring "Anchor" System
- Quality of cables
- Cable guide pullies
- Winches
- Shore pin connections
Dock Structure
- Basis frame
- Posts
- Overhead frame
- Decking
- Underwater bracing
Walkways
- Hinge connection
- Deck
- Handrails
Flotation
- Quality of floats
- Alignment/security to dock frame
- Loss of buoyancy
Boat Lifts (If Present)
- Orientation of boar
- Connections to dock frame
- Quality of lift frame and cables

Adjust dock inbound/outbound to best location for lake level or preferred distance from shore.
Customer will receive a Bi-Monthly Inspection Report via email.
If our inspection uncovers problems which require service or parts, you will be advised of any suggested repairs. Repairs require Customer authorization in advance of the repair.
Repairs are not included in the monthly service fee.
Service Agreement Customers will receive Priority Service.
The quarterly service fee is $540.00 ($180/m), payable the first week of each quarter.
